Why did I choose this career?
When I was
a kid I wanted to be an astronaut, a game programmer or a farmer, but over time
I realized that I wasn't born in the US to apply for NASA and I'm better at
playing video games than programming. When it came to choosing a career, my
other options were marine biology, aerospace engineering, agronomy, or
enlisting in the navy. I chose agronomy because although I am a city boy I
always liked the agricultural world and I decided to choose the career on a
trip to the south where I visited a relative who is an agronomist, he showed me
where he worked, what he did. , how they did everything and I was fascinated.
My experience at the university has been good, although there are always bad
moments, but in general I've had a good time and I've learned a lot. At the end
of the degree I would like to do field work completely avoiding being locked in
an office and also generate scientific contributions.
working in Nasa was a good dream jj
