Hello everyone

Hi, I'm Ian Brevis. I was born in Santiago, I live in Colina, I am 20 years old and I will soon be 21 years old. I live with my parents and my brothers, I am the eldest son, my brother is the second and my sister is the youngest. I have 2 pets, a black and white poodle and a male calico cat which is special because it's hard to be calico and male at the same time since it happens 1 in 3000 times. My hobbies are playing video games, learning about historical facts, reading comics, or watching sci-fi movies. I really like food, nature and animals, my favorite animal is the snowy owl since I consider them beautiful and majestic animals.

Why did I choose this career?

When I was a kid I wanted to be an astronaut, a game programmer or a farmer, but over time I realized that I wasn't born in the US to apply for NASA and I'm better at playing video games than programming. When it came to choosing a career, my other options were marine biology, aerospace engineering, agronomy, or enlisting in the navy. I chose agronomy because although I am a city boy I always liked the agricultural world and I decided to choose the career on a trip to the south where I visited a relative who is an agronomist, he showed me where he worked, what he did. , how they did everything and I was fascinated. My experience at the university has been good, although there are always bad moments, but in general I've had a good time and I've learned a lot. At the end of the degree I would like to do field work completely avoiding being locked in an office and also generate scientific contributions.

The food i really like

One of the foods that I like the most are the completos italianos . I like them because the combination of tomato, avocado and  sausage ​​tastes very good, it is a very practical meal because it can be eaten in any circumstance: a party, a birthday, a family gathering, even for breakfast, lunch or dinner, because it is very easy to cook. This food is coock similar to a hot dog but before adding the sauces, tomato and avocado are added, you can also add more toppings such as chokraut, green sauce or American sauce, but the traditional way is only with tomato, avocado and mayonnaise . Although it sounds like an excellent food, unfortunately it is not very healthy to eat it in excess or every day because it is very caloric, high in fat and low in nutrition, so excessive consumption could cause weight gain or health problems. Despite this, I would not hesitate to eat a completo italiano  at any time of the day.
